Human Gunsmith

Female Human Gunsmith.

While I was drawing this picture, I already decided on her look as far as outfit goes. Gunsmith is a class that should be always moving. They shouldn't be wearing heavy armor, or should at least incur some penalty for it. They want to stay light and reflexive.
So I drew her first gun, the shotgun. And after some thinking, I decided that it's kind of silly for a person specializing in guns to carry only one. Especially when you consider their limitations. How could I work this into the picture and the game?

The idea in mind is to add more functionality to guns - so each one has a purpose. Shotgun could be short range heavy fire, pistol for melee - and a sniper rifle for long range. But then they needed reasons for using the others.

Pistol would probably be the weakest, fairly accurate and not hard to reload.
Shotgun would be the strongest, but incurs an accuracy penalty for each square you are away.
Sniper would be long-range, great accuracy, good damage but require a standard to reload.
